11. WhatsApp Business Communication

11.1 Service Provider

We use WhatsApp Business for the following purposes:

12. LabSync Application
12.1 Overview
LabSync is a proprietary application developed and operated by Simplifiers (Sebastian Hertlein) for the Brazilian market. LabSync is accessible via WhatsApp and processes user data to provide its services.

12.2 Data Collected
When you use LabSync, the following data may be collected and processed:

12.3 Hosting and Data Storage
All LabSync data is stored on our own servers hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. No data is transferred to third parties through LabSync, except as necessary for the WhatsApp Business Platform (see Section 11).

13. Use of AI Tools and Automation
13.1 OpenAI (API)
We use application programming interfaces (APIs) from OpenAI, L.L.C., San Francisco, USA, for text generation and data processing. When we transmit data (e.g., for SEO content or lead qualification) to OpenAI, this is done in an anonymized or pseudonymized manner unless personal data is strictly necessary. Data transmission to the USA is based on the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) of the EU Commission.

13.2 n8n (Workflow Automation)
We use the automation tool n8n to connect various software applications and automate workflows. This tool is hosted on our own servers in Germany (Hetzner). No data is transferred to third parties through n8n.

14. Plugins and Tools
14.1 YouTube with Enhanced Data Protection
Our website embeds videos from YouTube. We use YouTube’s enhanced data protection mode, which means that YouTube does not store any information about visitors to this website unless they play the video. The enhanced data protection mode is based on information provided by YouTube.
